Is Your Small Business Hindered by your IT Infrastructure?
Navigating all things IT can be a daunting task when you're trying to run a business. In the following video, Val King, President and CEO of Whitehat Virtual Technologies in Austin, Texas discusses how partering with an IT service provider can remove hats from the small business owner so that they can focus on growing their business rather than wrangling their IT infrastructure. Below is a modified transcript of the video.
The average company in the United States has 16 employees so really small business is big business. When we are trying to help small businesses the fundamental thing we can do is to remove hats from the business owner. From our perspective it’s all about removing the technology infrastructure from that particular environment so that the small business can focus on what they do well.
The technology services are available to them as needed when they need them. Particularly with small businesses things change. People come on board, people leave, companies grow, companies shrink, and so do your IT needs. So for small businesses again, we are flexible enough to be able to provide those services on the fly as you grow so growth isn’t hindered by IT. We do not want your small business to be limited by the IT infrastructure you’re saddled with. That’s ultimately what we’re trying to provide. Grow a great business; we’ve got your IT infrastructure.
